"My pinkie finger is numb."
"My shoulder and neck ache."
"I have this weird pain in my elbow and forearm."
These are all sensations that can occur when there is a compression of the blood vessels and/or nerves in the space between your collarbone and your first rib (thoracic outlet).
This can be caused by an injury to the shoulder, the way you hold your posture, or even your sleeping position. Your symptoms may have been given a diagnosis of thoracic outlet syndrome or some sort of nerve entrapment or neuropathy in the shoulder and arm.
How do we resolve the issue?
Come see me in my office in Boise or Meridian, Idaho.
I have developed the extremely effective First Rib Release technique that will immediately give you relief!
After that, I will provide you with a simple exercise that I have developed that you can do yourself to help open up the first rib space. As part of your self-care, I will also provide you with fascial release exercises and strength training exercises to reinforce your posture and strength.
As long as you do not have an open wound or broken bone, I can help you get relief, recover, and quickly regenerate the damaged tissue.
Before you resort to an injection in your shoulder or even surgery, come see me. Let's resolve this together!
