FROZEN SHOULDER RELIEF!

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begin gradually, worsen over time and then resolve, usually within one to three years.

Over the last several years I have developed a very effective series of techniques to relieve the symptoms of frozen shoulder and get my clients moving again. I utilize a blend of techniques from Rossiter, Trigger Point Therapy, Movement Therapy, Fascial Distortion Method, and Zone Technique.

Most commonly, my clients will say, 'I don't know what I did; it just started hurting.' It is not known what exactly causes it however studies are now coming out that there is most likely an "emotional" aspect to the root cause. It is more common in women than men, between the ages of 40 and 60, and those with certain medical conditions (diabetes, heart disease, thyroid disease, Parkinson's disease.)

I use techniques to open up the blood flow and lymph in the chest, neck, and underarm to improve circulation and reduce inflammation. I ensure proper movement of the wrist, elbow, and shoulder joints. We work together to relieve active trigger points and fascial distortions. We balance the brain center associated with the imbalance to heal the body!

If you have an acute or chronic shoulder injury, as long as you do not have an open wound or broken bone, I can help you get relief, recover, and quickly regenerate the damaged tissue.

Before you resort to an injection in your shoulder or even surgery, come see me. Let's resolve this together!
