ZONE 5 - MUSCULAR SYSTEM

The muscular system is composed of all the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissues which allow you to move. This system also impacts balance, flexibility, and strength and directly influences your spinal alignment and nerve connections. Balancing this zone can help restore proper range of motion and movement, improve flexibility, eliminate chronic pain, and improve posture. In addition, it can help restore your center of gravity and expedite muscle recovery.




When this zone is out of balance, you may experience:

  • Weakness/Fatigue

  • Poor Balance/Posture

  • Joint Stiffness

  • Loss of Flexibility

  • Inflammation

  • Muscle Spasms

  • Neck/Back Pain

  • Upper/Lower Extremity Pain

When this zone is balanced, you will experience:

  • Normal feeling in all limbs

  • Strong muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and joints

  • Ability to move and do what you want, when you want

  • Healthy, pain free muscles and joints

  • Pain relief

  • Feeling relaxed

It is recommended to read through this zone slip once per day until your next appointment. Ask yourself the questions and be aware of changes throughout your body. Doing so is beneficial in ensuring a positive outcome.


1. All muscles in the Neck region and Arms are being restored to normal. There will be better Movement and a more Normal Feeling in these muscles.

2. Nerve life in proper amounts is being sent to all muscles of the Chest, Abdomen, and Back. Muscle contractures producing distortion in the spine will release. Normal tone is being restored to other muscles, thus further aiding in straightening distortions and curvatures. Pain will diminish and a feeling of Ease as well as of Increased Strength and Suppleness will be noticed.
