ZONE 4 - DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

The digestive system is what makes up Zone 4. This system is responsible for taking nutrients from the food we eat and breaking them down to provide cells energy. Balancing this zone and maintaining a proper diet may help improve liver, intestine, and gallbladder health, decrease food sensitivities, and boost your energy. Additionally, it can help restore a normal appetite.



When this system is out of balance, you may experience:

  • Compromised Immune System

  • Problems With Appetite

  • Sensitivity to Foods

  • Weight Gain or Loss

  • Problems with Digestion

When this system is balanced, you will experience:

  • Healthy immune function

  • Decreased sensitivities to foods

  • Normal weight

  • Normal function of gallbladder, liver, kidneys, pancreas, stomach, etc.

  • Normal digestion and assimilation of all foods

  • Normal blood sugar levels

  • Temper or easily angered

It is recommended to read through this zone slip once per day until your next appointment. Ask yourself the questions and be aware of changes throughout your body. Doing so is beneficial in ensuring a positive outcome.
